Set is not working: Check the on/off switch given at back panel or main power cable plug recharge the battery if battery charging get low (if used without main power)
No sound: Increase the sound level through volume +/- key check and connect the input signal cable properly bluetooth device or mic is much far from the speaker
Low bass: Adjust the bass level by bass and (+/-) keys it depends on the bass effect of given input music as well
Low sound in mic: Mic is being used in mic volume low level interrupted wireless
Mic sound: very far from the speaker keep it within 10 meters of range
For bluetooth connectivity issue: Disconnect the presently connected bluetooth device first to connect with another device
Not able to record voice through mic: Check and connect the usb flash for memory
